Medallions of pork bbq, fruity flavors and butter chip

Pork tenderloin medallions are always popular here. Once marinated, even just two hours, they are tasty, juicy and delicious and cooked in minutes. Not even need sauce, add the butter of their cowboy Chip and they are delicious. This butter, including potatoes fan, is a guaranteed success, I do not know it yet, they cook in 10 minutes in the microwave!

Ingredients for two
1 pork tenderloin 360 g, divided into 8 thick slices

Marinade orange / raspberry
¼ cup orange juice or clementine
1 c. tablespoons olive oil
1 c. raspberry vinegar
1 c. tablespoons tamari sauce reduced salt
4 slices of ginger, finely chopped
1 star anise

1. On a plate, bring the marinade ingredients and marinate the medallions are 2 hours or more. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.

2. Cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side on the oiled grill with barbecue tool set.

Chip cowboy butter
4 c. tablespoons margarine Gold
4 c. tablespoons of fresh grass, coriander me
1 flower garlic, finely minced
1/4 c. chilli flakes tea
Lemon zest 1/4
1/2 c. lemon juice makers

In a small bowl, it has all the ingredients, mix and place in the fridge until use.
